• Rates DO NOT INCLUDE extra charges for 3rd and 4th person which are children.

be collected upon your check in at Socool Grand Hotel.

Cancellation Policy (Refundable)

No-Show , there will be 100% charge.

Any cancellation made 15 days or less prior to the arrival date , there will be 100%

charge.

Any cancellation made 30 days or less prior to the arrival date , there will be 50% charge

plus 7% for the administration fee.

Any cancellation made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date, there will be a 7%

charge for the administration fee.
